I am very proud of my team To improve customer satisfaction, we utilize cutting-edge technologies. This technology makes interaction between companies and their customers across all the required channels –telephone, internet, e-mail, branch office etc – more efficient. Our unit was set up some four years ago when a project team, which I was part of, was asked to build a team of IT specialist here in Ostrava and integrate it with Tieto’s global operations. We found a great team and I, who became head of operations in 2006, am very proud to have been part of it from the very beginning. We are now 110 people and I have had the chance to see the growth and transformation of the unit and in particular its people. |  |
I myself have also grown and acquired new and very different skill-sets. The change from software developer to manager has opened me to a totally new landscape of challenges and responsibilities, but also to a lot of interesting opportunities and new professional areas. It has greatly broadened my knowledge of all areas of the IT business – and my collaboration with highly skilled people from different disciplines and countries has supported that.
