与瑞典的Johan见面
Everything is possible! I work at the first stage of digital service development - trying to identify our clients´ business problems and finding digital ways to solve them. It is a great job, now the IT industry is driven more by meeting business goals than simply applying technology. Today, everything is possible. It’s all about finding out what our clients and their customers, the end-users, wish for and require. All the digital tools to realize it already exist. Our task is therefore to be always one step ahead of our clients and foresee changes in their customers´ future behaviour. We then help our clients to share our view and gain their approval to suggest, and then implement solutions. Right now I am involved in an engaging project for one of Sweden’s biggest companies. The client has shown great faith in us and the project was initiated by the CEO. Our task is to find a new way for our client to meet and interact with its customers in a way that is both easy to use, and fun – like an iPod! |  |
It is a challenge and we have to be very creative in using the right digital tools to make our vision reality. But I am sure we will succeed. We are a great team of business advisors, run by an experienced senior colleague. Everybody is creative and as there is such an open atmosphere we can move quickly, encouraging and inspiring each other along the way.
